I'm an experienced back-end programmer in Java, Python, C#, and SQL. As well as a proven front-end developer using HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript - with exposure to the MERN and .NET stack.

Get to know me a little better
I graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Computer & Information Science and a minor in Art & Design. With the logical mind of a Software Engineer and the creative vision of an Artist, I am always striving to bring great ideas into fruition. I'm looking for experiences that would allow me to hone and grow my existing engineering and design skills.
Born in India and raised in an American bubble in China, I have a distinctive cultural perspective that’s provided me with a unique world view. Art and Design
I believe that good design connects people to the product, whether it be a video game, a mobile app, or a website — the design and aesthetics are what make the connection between the user and the product more meaningful and enjoyable.
This is why I find it helpful to utilize my background in art and design to help visualize my ideas before getting them off the page into something more tangible — like this website. In my free time I like to illustrate anything from mundane household objects to space and interstellar phenomena.
Music and Hobbies
Music has always been a big part of my life and as with anything that brings me joy I like to learn as much about its inner workings as I possibly can. Which is why in my free time I like to compose and record new music using my electric guitar and GarageBand. Some of my favorite genres include alt-indie rock, folk, surf rock, and shoegaze. My other hobbies include gaming, photography, and cycling.
